There are so many powerful ways in which it has the potential to impact you.
The style of Breathwork I teach is called RESET breath.
RESET Breathwork is work! It is a very active practice.

1) Private Sessions
Virtual sessions with just you and me!
I create a custom session based on what you want to focus on.

I host online group Breathwork sessions.
Each session has a different theme & flavour.
When a new session is coming up, I’ll post the link here to register approximately 2 weeks prior to the session.
3) Hire me for a custom Breathwork experience for your group
This can be for a group of your friends and family or it can be for your workplace or organization.
