Breathwork is a modality that has been practiced for centuries, probably even for millenia!

There are so many powerful ways in which it has the potential to impact you.


The style of Breathwork I teach is called RESET breath.

RESET Breathwork is work! It is a very active practice.

A session with me isn’t just a class where you’re going to lie down and breathe…it’s an experience!

There will be music, guidance, reflection & support. It’s a whole vibe.

There are 3 ways that you can do Breathwork with me

1) Private Sessions

  • Virtual sessions with just you and me!

  • I create a custom session based on what you want to focus on.

2) Virtual Group Breathwork sessions

  • I host online group Breathwork sessions.

  • Each session has a different theme & flavour.

  • When a new session is coming up, I’ll post the link here to register approximately 2 weeks prior to the session.

3) Hire me for a custom Breathwork experience for your group

  • This can be for a group of your friends and family or it can be for your workplace or organization.
