Your life looks good on paper, but for whatever reason, it doesn’t actually feel that good on the inside.

Maybe you’ve been doing all the things that are “supposed to” make you happy, but you find that you’re not all that happy with some parts of your life. Or maybe you’ve just been going through the motions without stopping to see if they are the motions you actually want to be making.


How I can help:

  • I help you to identify what aspects of your life are leaving you feeling kind of lukewarm or unhappy.

  • I support you in discovering the blocks & limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of life feeling good for you.

  • I help you to shift from comparison to creation. Instead of living life just like everyone else, you get to intentionally design your life through what you choose to believe, how you choose to act and who you choose to be.

  • I support you to make incremental changes that ultimately lead to you living a life that is more true to who you really are.

  • Rather than focusing on perceived weaknesses, I help you to stay focused on your strengths and on how you can leverage them to make the changes you want to make.

  • I take a whole person view of you & your life, recognizing that all areas of your life are connected. You get to explore whatever is top of mind for you from relationships, to your professional life, to your purpose & the list goes on.

What it looks like:

  • 12 weekly coaching sessions via Zoom (with the option for up to 3 of these sessions to be custom Breathwork sessions)

  • Support between calls via email

  • Use of a variety of coaching methodologies, including an evidence-based methodology, to support you through your change journey

  • Bonus - Complimentary access to the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and the personalized 2-hour debrief


Health & Wellness Coaching

You know that your health & wellness are so important. Maybe you even know exactly what you can do to be healthier. But you’re still finding it difficult to make the changes that will support your health & wellness, even though you really want to change.


How I can help:

  • I collaborate with you to address the habits that you wish to change.

  • I help you to utilize your strengths to overcome challenges & achieve more than you thought you could.

  • I support you with setting realistic goals related to your health & wellness.

  • I provide you with accountability, which can be an invaluable support as you strive to change.

  • I can support you with the implementation of recommendations made by your health care practitioners.

  • I don’t isolate your health & wellness from other aspects of your life. I approach health & wellness as one aspect of your life that is connected & integral to all the other parts of your life.
